May Classes

Choose your class based on your interest, not on your level of flexibility, age, size or any other characteristic. My current students range in age from 16 – 76. Each of my classes can be done with the use of a chair, if that suits you.

Class Descriptions

Feel Better In Your Body:   Slow, small and gentle movement to help release tightness and tension.

Intro to Yoga: Taught in a way that helps students learn how to adapt poses to their bodies, not the other way around.

Morning Yoga for Flexibility & Balance:  Gentle movement and breathing to start the day feeling grounded.

Restorative Yoga: A series of postures and breathing in a sequence that dissolves deeply held tightness.

SomaYoga:  Therapeutic yoga using subtle movements and breath to bring more freedom to your body and mind.

Soma Flow:  SomaYoga-based movement with the addition of Classical Yoga poses.

Yoga for Stronger Bones:  12 yoga poses recommended by a physician for increasing bone density.


Private Lessons

Not ready for a group class? Join me for private lessons. Just you and me. You get to ask questions, try poses, and learn how to create a yoga practice that’s exactly right for you. Flexibility, physical strength, yoga clothing or anything else you think you don’t have…no problem. You have everything you need.
